HOW DOES IT WORK?
Go to the Booking Page to start the process. You can choose between a 1/2 day Hire (AM or PM slot), a Full Day Week Day Hire, or a Full Day Weekend Hire. All available dates will appear in bold on the calendar. Click on your desired date and follow the instructions…Please note: The Driver must be the one to make and pay for the booking. We cannot accept payment from anyone other than the Driver. Please see the booking page for collection and drop off times. You can also opt for Night Before Collection - you do not select this option until after you have made your booking.
You will be required to pay in full for your hire upon booking. Please see our Terms & Conditions for information on our rescheduling/cancellation policy.
Upon completion of your online booking, you will receive a confirmation email. We require you to complete one of the following forms linked on that email… If you’re a new customer, you will be asked to complete this New Hirer Form . If you are a return customer, you will be asked to complete this Repeat Form . It is at this stage that you can opt for Night Before Collection.
Once your online form has been submitted to us, we will conduct all relevant checks to ensure you fit our insurance criteria. If you do not hear from us, you can assume all is in order. We will contact you if we require anything else from you.
Up to 24 hours prior to your hire date, a £500 Hold will be placed on your card (same one you used to make the hire booking with). This Hold will be released by us, provided no damage has been incurred to the Horsebox.
24 hours prior to your hire date, you will receive an email containing a unique Pincode. This unique Pincode will allow you access to your Horsebox Key upon arrival. The email will also contain a Horsebox Tutorial video which will explain in detail where to find the Horsebox, how to access your key, and everything else you need to know about your hire day.
Hire Day!
Feel free to leave your car in our yard’s car park for the duration of your hire. Please note: Cars are left at the owner’s own risk.
Upon arrival, and prior to driving anywhere, please inspect the Horsebox both inside and outside for damage and send photographs of any existing damage to the following number: 07540101900.
Off you go! Have fun!
Prior to Return: We require you to fully sweep out the Horsebox, and ensure the fuel is topped back up with diesel. We will conduct a check of the Horsebox for any damage. Please notify us of any damage to the Horsebox via the following number: 07540101900. Failure to notify us of any damage incurred to the Horsebox during your hire may result in your £500 Holding Fee not being returned.
We will then fully disinfect and clean the Horsebox, ready for its next hire.

REQUIRE A DRIVER?
No problem. Kristina is a fully qualified Horse Transporter (Level 3 Award in the Principles of Transporting Horses by Road on Short Journeys) and will be happy to drive the Horsebox for you. Please contact us here if you require this service. Please note - we can only provide a driver Mon -Fri.
